Better Hearing, Better Life Starts Here

Honestly I was skeptical about the price at first, but the trial period helped — I tested the Phonak for two weeks before committing. My father still fumbles with the app sometimes, but the sound quality is real.

Took my mother for a free hearing test not expecting much, but the audiologist actually spent time explaining why she needed two aids, not one. Fitting took a couple of follow-up visits to get right.

Compared Widex against two other brands before deciding — nobody pushed me toward the most expensive option, which I appreciated. Battery life on the one I picked is a little shorter than advertised, but support has been responsive.

The CGHS paperwork is usually the painful part — this was the first time someone else handled it for me end to end. Device itself took about a week to get used to, which I'm told is normal.

Three months in with the ReSound and no complaints about pricing — it matched what I was quoted elsewhere. Would've liked a loaner device during the repair window, but that's a minor gripe.
