By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Brands

Hear Solution is an authorized dealer for Phonak, Signia, ReSound and Widex hearing aids. All products sold are genuine and covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Hearing Tests & Consultations

Free hearing tests and consultations are offered for informational and diagnostic purposes and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. For any medical concerns related to hearing loss, we recommend consulting a licensed ENT specialist.

4. Trials & Purchases

• Hearing aid trial periods, where offered, are subject to the terms communicated at the time of trial.
• Full payment or applicable advance is required to confirm a purchase order.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on brand, model and features selected.

5. CGHS Reimbursement

We assist CGHS beneficiaries with documentation and claim filing support. Reimbursement approval and rates are determined solely by the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) and its guidelines; Hear Solution is not responsible for delays or denials by the scheme authority.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's policy for the specific brand purchased. Repair and servicing timelines may vary depending on parts availability and manufacturer turnaround.

7. Warranty

All hearing aids sold come with the standard manufacturer warranty applicable at the time of purchase. Extended warranty, where applicable (e.g. 3-year warranty under revised CGHS offers), will be clearly communicated and documented at the point of sale.
