1 Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, requesting a callback, booking a hearing evaluation, or buying a hearing aid from Hear Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Clinical Consultations & Medical Disclaimer

Hearing assessments conducted by Hear Solution audiologists (including pure tone audiometry and speech testing) are designed to evaluate auditory acuity and prescribe appropriate acoustic amplification. Please note:

• Hearing tests performed by our audiologists are not a substitute for surgical or medical diagnosis by a registered Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) physician.
• If our audiologist observes red flag symptoms (such as active ear discharge, pain, dizziness, sudden asymmetric hearing loss, or visible ear canal obstructions), we will recommend an ENT examination before proceeding with hearing aid selection.
• Patients are encouraged to share previous audiograms or medical histories to ensure accurate programming and fitting.

3 Hearing Aid Products & Authenticity

Hear Solution is an authorized dispenser and partner for leading global hearing aid manufacturers including Signia, Phonak, Widex, ReSound, and Oticon.

• All hearing instruments provided by Hear Solution are 100% brand new, authentic, and backed by the respective brand's official manufacturer warranty.
• Product specifications, images, and descriptions displayed on our website or promotional material are indicative and subject to ongoing manufacturer improvements.

4 Pricing, Quotations & Payment Terms

• Prices for hearing aids vary according to technology tiers, form factors (BTE, RIC, ITE, ITC, CIC), and features (rechargeability, Bluetooth connectivity).
• All written or verbal price quotes are valid for the timeframe stated on the estimate (typically 15 days).
• Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or approved third-party EMI finance partners.
• Where EMI options (including 0% interest schemes) are offered, approvals and terms are determined by the financing institution. Hear Solution acts solely as a facilitator.

5 Home Visit & Doorstep Trial Services

Hear Solution offers doorstep audiometry and hearing aid trials across New Delhi and selected NCR regions (Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad):

• Home visit appointments are subject to slot availability and prior phone verification.
• A responsible family member or guardian must be present during senior patient home evaluations.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or clinical emergencies.

6 Warranty & Aftercare Support

Every hearing aid purchased from Hear Solution comes with an official manufacturer warranty (typically ranging from 1 to 4 years depending on the brand and model):

• Covered under warranty: Internal electronic defects, amplifier failures, and manufacturing faults.
• Not covered under warranty: Physical damage, water/liquid immersion, pet damage, wax clogging, battery leakage, or repairs attempted by unauthorized technicians.
• Hear Solution Care Guarantee: All patients receive free lifetime reprogramming, fine-tuning, and routine acoustic checkups at our Lajpat Nagar clinic.

7 Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Hearing aids are custom-prescribed medical devices fitted according to personal ear canal anatomy and specific hearing loss curves:

• Custom-moulded hearing aids (such as CIC, IIC, or custom ear tips) cannot be returned once manufactured, except in cases of verified factory defects that cannot be rectified by the manufacturer.
• For standard models, exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and require the device, packaging, charger, and accessories to be in pristine, undamaged condition.
• Booking deposits for special order devices may be subject to restocking charges if cancelled after the factory order has been processed.

8 Limitation of Liability

Hear Solution and its practitioners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of hearing instruments, failure to follow cleaning instructions, or unrealistic acoustic expectations during the initial acclimatization period.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
